Graham + Sibbald Welcome New Hotel Director

Graham + Sibbald are pleased to announce that well known hotel industry specialist James Williamson has joined their fast growing national Hotel and Leisure team as a Director. James is based in the London office where he will be responsible for helping the company to further increase their market share across the UK.

James has been working in the hotel property sector for more than 25 years, having started out in the Property Department of the Forte Hotel Group before transferring to a consultancy role following his involvement in the sale of the Group. He joins Graham + Sibbald at an exciting time in the firm’s growth plans and will be become an integral member of the nationwide team of experienced hotel and leisure specialists following the appointment of Martin Davis and Hugh Anderson to the firm’s English team just over a year ago. Following the expansion of the firm’s hotel offering Graham + Sibbald have been involved in a considerable number of significant transactions and valuation instructions.

As a result of the firm’s ambitious expansion plans, Graham + Sibbald have seen their operation grow exponentially across England over the last few years. In addition to the 16 established Scottish offices, the company has seen the rapid expansion of their Manchester operation as well as the exciting acquisition earlier this year of Keningtons Chartered Surveyors, which provided an experienced Central London team as well as further office openings in key locations including Birmingham, Bristol, and Swindon.
