Graham + Sibbald Welcome HR Officer As Business Growth Continues

Graham + Sibbald are excited to announce the recent hire of Natalie Dobbie, who joins the business as a dedicated HR Officer.

As the business continues on a rapid growth trajectory, approaching almost 250 staff members, the need for a human resources department had become apparent to allow them to cope with ongoing and future requirements.

With a degree in Law from Dundee University, Natalie took a particular specialist interest in employment law and has a wealth of experience under her belt from her former employment history. Having worked both internally and externally as a consultant for a number of different businesses, she has dealt with a variety of HR matters from general staff recruitment and onboarding to training and support and more.

Although primarily Edinburgh based, Natalie’s role will see her working across all 17 Graham + Sibbald offices in Scotland and England to support their immediate HR needs and requirements.

Natalie said; “Graham + Sibbald are growing at a rapid pace and I’m delighted to be onboard to lead the HR department moving forward, providing support wherever necessary. With attractive career pathways and opportunities, as well as the role being internally based which was a personal preference of mine, this role is something I’m really excited to be a part of.”

Graham + Sibbald offer a range of career pathways to cater for a variety of study and lifestyle choices from their Graduate Apprenticeship Programme which offers full-time work alongside study, their Undergraduate Programme which consists of flexible degree placements, to their Graduate Programme which offers a structured training framework for graduates to allow them to take their education further.
