Graham + Sibbald, the independent Scottish property specialist, is experiencing strong growth at the Manchester office it opened at the beginning of 2019. Representing Graham + Sibbald’s second office opening outside Scotland, with the firm having had a London office for a number of years, the Manchester office has built its client list over the last twelve months and is looking to add a series of hires to the team that works in the city and across the North West of England.
Sanctuary Group, Mitie, Robertson FM and Emtec FM are among recent projects for the firm in the region. 2019 saw unprecedented levels of new construction in Manchester stemming from increased demand for both commercial and residential property across Greater Manchester. This is set to continue in 2020, including the opening of over 20 new hotels in the city.
Kyle Hargreaves, one of the Building Surveyors in the Manchester team, said: “The city has been transformed in recent years with record levels of investment and construction. Manchester is increasingly on the international stage, with construction levels that rival many other major world cities and this translates to exciting times continuing for the city and its property sector.”
