Graham + Sibbald Strengthen Property Management Services With Strategic New Hires

Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants, Graham + Sibbald, have recently welcomed a number of new starts to their Property Management team working across the UK over the last few months.

Claire Peebles, Dianne Lynch and Kirstie MacKenzie have all joined the Property Management services offering and bring a range of knowledge and experience to their individual roles within the team which has seen rapid growth in recent years despite the pandemic.

Claire Peebles has over 10 years’ experience in the commercial property industry acting for both public and private sector clients. She gained experience working on Scottish Enterprise public sector portfolio during her time at Colliers International where she focused on developing her role and studying General Practice Surveying. She graduated from University College of Estate Management in 2017 gaining a General Practice Surveying Diploma with Merit before going on to secure IOSH certification. Claire joined Graham + Sibbald from her previous role as Senior Surveyor at Cushman & Wakefield, she has worked with private sector clients including Maquarie Group, British Steel Pension Fund and Aberdeen Standard Investments.

Dianne Lynch has over 18 years’ experience and specialises in property management, lease advisory and service charge consultancy, having acted for both landlords and tenants of multi let retail, office and industrial properties. Dianne joined Graham + Sibbald as a Senior Surveyor in 2021. She graduated with a BSc (Hons) Degree in Property Management and Valuation from Glasgow Caledonian University and went on to achieve RICS Chartered status. Dianne is responsible for a number of properties throughout Scotland, with her day-to-day duties including property management services, administering service charge budgets, carrying out scheduled property inspections and health and safety compliance.

Kirstie MacKenzie joined Graham + Sibbald as a Property Manager while currently studying at Heriot Watt University, completing a Masters in Real Estate. She is responsible for a number of properties throughout Scotland, with key responsibilities including; proactive management of property services, administering service charge budgets, health and safety compliance and property inspections. Kirstie is committed to delivering the highest level of service to clients and tenants alike whilst being committed to developing her skills and knowledge to work towards becoming a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor.

Our team offer a range of financial management, monitoring, maintenance, asset strategy, procurement and contract management services with over 200 clients and in excess of 1,000 properties currently under management across the UK.
