The recent promotion of Daniel Little from Associate to Director sees the business strengthen their Building Surveying team across the West of Scotland. The Graham + Sibbald team provide advice and consultancy that aims to help clients maximise value while minimising costs and liabilities.
Currently based in the Kilmarnock office, Daniel Little leads the Building Surveying team across Ayrshire and the South-West of Scotland region and specialises in all aspects of traditional building surveying practice including; dilapidations, stock condition surveys, contract administration, planned maintenance surveys, building surveys and technical defect analysis of both residential and commercial property.
Daniel commented, “I’m very much looking forward to taking on new challenges and opportunities as a Director, while continuing to support the needs and demands of our Clients. As business begins to return to more normal levels again and we continue to see market conditions improving, there is a lot of positivity coming down the line.
