Graham + Sibbald Prepares For Property Sector Reopening With Residential Boost in Falkirk and Stirling

Despite the COVID-19 outbreak which saw lockdown commence across the UK from March 2020, Graham + Sibbald are pleased to announce that they have strategically strengthened their central belt residential team based in Falkirk and Stirling.

The dynamic new team will be led by Gavin Miller who studied Property (MA) at Aberdeen University and joined Graham + Sibbald’s Stirling office in 2012. Since then, Gavin’s dedication, professionalism and hard work has resulted in Gavin being tasked to lead the newly restructured team. Carrying out a wide variety of surveys, valuations and reports on a daily basis, Gavin provides the clients of Stirling, Falkirk and the surrounding areas with extensive experience and skill in all aspects of residential property.

Having recently relocated from the Edinburgh Office, Scott Graham is a key member within the Residential department within the firm’s Falkirk and West Lothian office. After joining Graham + Sibbald in 2015 as a Student Surveyor from Glasgow Caledonian University, Scott has gone from strength to strength after being awarded a First-Class Honours Degree. He particularly enjoys his daily interactions with clients whilst carrying out home reports, mortgage valuations and EPC’s to name a few. Scott prides himself on carrying out all his tasks and reports to the highest of standards for his clients who range from major lenders in the UK to local solicitors and private clients.

Michael Anderson joined the Stirling office in November 2015 as a Graduate Surveyor working towards completing his APC. Since qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2018 Michael has specialised in residential valuations, carrying out Home Reports and Mortgage Valuations for a variety of clients including banks and estate agents, as well as individual clients. Prior to joining Graham + Sibbald Michael studied Property Management and Valuation at Glasgow Caledonian University and went on to work with a well-known high-end Estate Agency firm in Glasgow. Michael has also spent time working within the property management sector in Glasgow and more recently as a property valuer for an estate agency firm in Stirling. With a wealth of residential property knowledge within the Stirling area Michael is an integral member of the newly restructured team.  Michael has strong relationships with local clients and provides them with a high level of service and professionalism.
