The Star Hotel was the only ‘Gold’ award in Scotland within the Hotel category in 2017. In 2018, two further awards were secured; Silver-Gilt in the Crème de la Crème category (for previous years winners), and gold in the Independent & Pub Restaurants, again, the only Scottish winner in this section.
