Graham + Sibbald Manchester Expansion

Having recently toasted the one-year anniversary of the opening of their Manchester office, Graham + Sibbald are pleased to announce the promotion of Kyle Hargreaves to Director as well as the hire of Bradley Frater and Daniel Tucker.

Kyle Hargreaves as a graduate of The University of Salford with a First-Class Honours, began work with Graham + Sibbald in 2019 as a Building Surveyor. Before joining the firm, Kyle has eight years’ experience as a Technical services Manager in one of the world’s most established building protection manufacturers. As a result, Kyle has lengthy knowledge within technical disciplines such as; roofing, defect analysis and bespoke detailing. Combined with his leadership, management and technical background Kyle is responsible for several distinguished and esteemed projects and contracts with the likes of Sanctuary Group and Robertson FM incorporating Tameside Council.

Kyle commented: “The city has been transformed in recent years with record levels of investment and construction. Manchester is increasingly on the international stage, with construction levels that rival many other major world cities and this translates to exciting times. Despite the current uncertainties we are all facing, I am confident that the property sector will bounce back and recover.”

Bradley Frater is a Building Surveyor who studied at The University of Salford and graduated in 2016 with a Second-Class Honours Division One. Prior to his degree he has also worked on Building Sites as a Bricklayer before attending college to achieve a Distinction in B-TEC Level 3 in Construction and the Built Environment.

He started working at Graham + Sibbald in July 2019, following two years working within Building Surveying firms located in the City of Manchester serving as a Graduate Building Surveyor. He has a strong knowledge in the Building Surveying Industry and is keen to become a Chartered Building Surveyor.

Daniel Tucker is a Building Surveyor who joined Graham + Sibbald’s Manchester office in early 2020. He graduated from Salford University with a BSc in Building Surveying, having also studied both structural and civil engineering. Daniel brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team across Building Surveying and Project Management from his time spent previously working at BMI Icopal.
