Scottish property firm Graham + Sibbald are a partnership of Chartered Surveyors, with 14 offices in Scotland and 2 in England. The firm has 15 specialisms, including residential, commercial, building surveying, planning, rating, architectural services, property management and hotel and leisure.
For many years, Graham + Sibbald have realised how important the Hotel + Leisure market is to Scotland and so have taken steps to enhance their position as a specialist to the Trade. In this vein, the Hotel + Leisure team are pleased to announce that they have made a significant new hire.
Alistair Letham – following his departure from Colliers International – has joined as a Consultant. Letham brings a wealth of knowledge, with 43 years’ experience in the Scottish property market, with latter 34 years specialising particularly in the disposal and acquisition of hotels, licensed and leisure properties on behalf of a wide range of clients across Scotland. He will be based in Edinburgh with a Scotland-wide remit.
