Graham + Sibbald Enhance Service Offering to Include Quantity Surveying

Graham + Sibbald are delighted to welcome Gerry Blyth to join the Technical Services team, expanding their service offering to include Quantity Surveying services.

Working with a broad spectrum of clients, including leading names in the public and private sectors, Graham + Sibbald’s Building Surveying team aim to help you maximise the value of your property while minimising costs and liabilities.

Gerry Blyth joins as an Associate with over 10 years’ experience in the provision of cost management services. Having studied Quantity Surveying at Glasgow Caledonian University he has excellent knowledge of the local area and markets. In recent years Gerry has worked on a number of high-profile projects, advising a broad spectrum of local, national and international clients – bringing a wealth of experience that translates into dedicated and reliable advice.

He said: “As restrictions are easing and the market begins to return to normality, this is an exciting time for me to be joining Graham + Sibbald. My knowledge and experience will be of great benefit to the teams existing client base and I am sure that there will be plenty of cross selling opportunities across a number of other departments. I’m looking forward to getting started and leading this new service offering.”

Graham + Sibbald Graduate Apprentice, Cameron Cairns, will also work across Building Surveying and Quantity Surveying as he completes his studies through Glasgow Caledonian University. Cameron is due to Graduate in 2022 and will work closely with Gerry to support the provision of cost management services and advice.
