At Graham + Sibbald, our Asset Services team provides a friendly service and local expertise across the UK. Our wide geographical reach allows us to respond quickly to our clients’ requests and gives us national coverage – something many of our competitors cannot match.

We work with our clients as partners and help them manage their assets strategically over long periods of time. We are retained on some of the UK’s most high-profile contracts, but provide the same high level of service to all our clients big or small.

The Graham + Sibbald team deliver a full range of preventative maintenance and planned refurbishment services. This work is done pro-actively and in good time and is designed to remove or minimise future maintenance costs and to enhance the value of our clients’ property assets. The Facilities Management team has recently welcomed Stephen Reynolds and Joe Woods to support the growing needs and demands of the businesses client base.

Stephen Reynolds is a Senior Facilities Manager and boasts over 15 years’ experience in the Facilities Management industry, mainly working with private sector clients. He joined Graham + Sibbald in late 2022 from his previous roles, delivering FM and Projects across various client commercial properties.

Stephen has gained vast experience working on the BT Portfolio for a number of years, with experience across Facilities Management, Commercial and Project Management working alongside contractors, consultants and building surveyors to deliver total FM solutions and projects.

He commented, “I am pleased to be joining Graham + Sibbald at this exciting time. My knowledge and experience allows me to provide clients with a well-rounded approach to the management of their diverse properties and portfolios. In addition, Graham + Sibbald boast a wide variety of service offerings and disciplines which I am very keen to promote to both new and existing clients across the business.”

We manage a wide variety of commercial properties on behalf of our clients, including individual retail units, shopping centres, business parks, office blocks, industrial estates and petrol stations. Our client base ranges from blue chip companies and public sector organisations to single property investors.

Joe Woods is an Assistant Facilities Manager within the Glasgow based Asset Services team at Graham + Sibbald, having joined the business in 2022. A recent Graduate from Edinburgh Napier University, Joe brings a fresh perspective to the day-to-day running of the FM team and is at the forefront of assisting senior team members in dealing with client and tenant enquiries to ensure effective solutions are found.

He commented, “It is a pleasure to be working within such a diverse and fast-paced team environment, dealing with client requirements on a daily basis to the highest possible standard. My role is ever-changing and I have gained valuable experience and knowledge since leaving University, thanks to my colleagues within Graham + Sibbald, particularly as the business continues to grow.”
