Graham + Sibbald, Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants, have announced the recent promotions of Duncan Fraser to Director and Zoë Gardner to Associate.
Duncan joined Graham + Sibbald in 2022 as an Associate opening our new Dunfermline office in the heart of the city centre. Duncan has a wealth of knowledge and experience from working across Fife in the commercial property sector. He specialises in Valuation and Agency as well as general practice orientated instructions where required. Duncan covers all aspects of Valuation work for both private clients and for secured lending purposes, he also focusses on assisting clients with the letting, sales and acquisition of commercial property, general advice and guidance.

Zoë also joined Graham + Sibbald in 2022 as a Senior Surveyor within the Residential department, covering both Edinburgh and Falkirk. She has over 20 years’ experience in the residential market having previously worked for two other firms covering Glasgow, Lanarkshire and Fife. Zoë is now making the move back to the Fife market after assisting our Edinburgh and Falkirk offices grow over the past 2 years. As a proud Fifer, Zoë is looking forward to being back working in the area.
In addition to these promotions Céile Boyle, passed her APC in 2023 qualifying as Chartered Residential Surveyor further strengthening our Fife based team. As a Chartered Surveyor both Zoë and Céile undertake Home Reports, Energy Performance Certificates, Mortgage Valuations and more. Their clients include solicitors, estate agents and private individuals. Our Residential department now offers an easier way to instruct home reports through our new client portal. Zoë and Céile will be pushing this forward with Estate Agents to assist in making selling your home a smoother process.
