If you’re looking for a property consultancy team that gets the job done, Graham + Sibbald offers a level of personal service, specialist skills, local knowledge and commitment that is second to none.

Our network of offices covers the country and we’re proud of the fact that we’re the first choice of many of Scotland’s leading companies, including financial institutions, public sector bodies and residential and commercial property investors and developers.

Tom graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University in July 2018 with an honours degree in Real Estate and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in May 2021.  He has been active in the Glasgow market since 2016, having developed his knowledge during two years spent at Colliers International, whilst also working towards his university degree. Time there was spent in Industrial + Logistics agency, and Investment Property Management. Upon completion of his studies, Tom joined Ryden, remaining in Glasgow. There he assisted in the management of an extensive and varied portfolio of office, industrial and retail premises. Tom joined Graham + Sibbald in January 2020, as part of our commercial agency team, an area of commercial property services he is passionate about. His primary focus is to provide lettings, sales and acquisitions on behalf of various clients.

Lewis is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 5 years’ experience working in Graham + Sibbald’s Edinburgh office. He studied Building Surveying BSc (Hons) at Edinburgh Napier University and joined Graham + Sibbald in April 2016. Recent experience has involved managing a flood reinstatement project and common tenement repair. He has also been responsible for monitoring progress of a residential development and undertaking stock condition surveys throughout the UK. He is also experienced in undertaking Schedules of Condition and Defect Analysis Reports as well as acting for both the Landlord and Tenant in the negotiation and settlement of Schedules of Dilapidations. Lewis is committed to providing a high standard of service in order to obtain new clients and retain existing ones.
