Graham + Sibbald Announce Graduate Growth

Graham + Sibbald are delighted to announce that our own Fallon Bennett has now moved her office base from Glasgow to the firms London office as of 1 June 2023.

In 2019, Fallon joined Graham + Sibbald as a Graduate Surveyor as part of the firms Graduate Programme where she completed a Masters Degree in Real Estate Management and Investment in October 2021 while working within the Asset Service team.

Fallon has spent four years based within the Glasgow office where she has flourished and consistently exceeded expectations in her role. Fallon was therefore given the opportunity to relocate to the firms London office where she can continue to develop her experience while working towards becoming a Chartered Surveyor.

Fallon is responsible for a number of portfolios across England and her key responsibilities include; proactive management of property services, administering and managing annual service charge budgets, client and tenant liaison, health and safety compliance as well as property and lease inspections and more.

In addition, Fallon and the Graham + Sibbald team are actively working to supporting clients in collating ESG Survey data across their portfolios as more and more businesses look to review and implement sustainability targets.

She commented, “I am really looking forward to building my client base in London and continuing to expand my knowledge and expertise. This opportunity from Graham + Sibbald is one that I am sincerely grateful for and something that I don’t believe many other companies would offer, particularly to a Graduate Surveyor! It is an exciting time to part of Graham + Sibbald and I am very excited to continue my journey within the firms London office.”

Graham + Sibbald’s Asset Services department boasts nearly 50 team members consisting of property managers, facilities managers, credit controllers, account analysts and building managers, working from 21 offices from London to Inverness.
