Graduate Success

Graham + Sibbald are delighted to announce the recent success of their Surveyor, Lewis Berg, who has recently graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate from Edinburgh Napier University.

Having joined Graham + Sibbald in 2019, Lewis initially joined the Commercial department as a placement student, spending time assisting on the Agency side of the business. After the health crisis, Lewis switched his focus to support the Residential department as the property market reopened to exceptional levels and has flourished within the team.

Lewis commented: “It’s been a great opportunity for me to be able to work across both the commercial and residential sides of the business over the last few years. I’ve been able to expand my knowledge and apply various scenarios to my coursework – an extra string to my bow when it comes to me starting on the APC pathway as well! The residential department in Edinburgh have welcomed me with open arms and I’m really enjoying the varied workload each day brings. Now, I’m looking forward to this next step in my career with Graham + Sibbald.”

Next steps for Lewis will be for him to continue his studies towards obtaining his APC which will allow him to become a fully qualified Chartered Surveyor. Graham + Sibbald have a number of RICS trained APC Assessors in-house who are able to support and guide all APC candidates within the business.
