Graham + Sibbald, Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants, are delighted to announce the promotion of Finlay Mulvie to Director within the Commercial Valuation department. Finlay is based within the Glasgow office where his day-to-day work covers the catchment areas of the West, Central and South-West of Scotland.
Finlay joined the team in 2016, with a focus on commercial valuation in the office, retail, industrial and commercial land sectors. He undertakes surveys for a wide range of requirements such as asset valuations, bank loan security and pension fund transactions, in addition to a variety of private client work.
Promoting Finlay allows him to have a greater involvement in assisting with the running of the Glasgow and West Team on a daily basis, In his new role, Finlay will also be assisting with various valuation projects whilst taking greater involvement in business development, client interaction and promotion of our services.
