Dundee City Council is currently holding a consultation on their Housing Land Audit. This is the evidence base that informs the Council’s housing projections and ensures there is sufficient supply of housing land to meet demand in the coming years. The Audit allows the Council to ensure there is a consistent supply of housing land by identifying specific sites and a programme of when they are expected to be completed.
This consultation allows comment to be made on the draft audit. The Council are accepting comments on this until the 12th July 2019.
