Graham + Sibbald have recently announced the promotion of Finlay Mulvie from Senior Surveyor to Associate as the business strengthens a number of teams across their office network.
Based within the Glasgow office, Finlay is a Chartered Surveyor and an RICS registered valuer with a focus on commercial valuation in the office, retail, industrial and development land sectors across the West and South-West of Scotland. He undertakes commercial surveys for a variety of purposes including loan security, acquisition and disposal, accounting, pension/SIPPs and internal purposes.
Finlay commented, “Since I joined Graham + Sibbald in 2016, I’ve built strong working relationships with a variety of Clients and worked on some high-profile projects of late. I look forward to taking on my new role as an Associate and enhancing our commercial valuation service offering across Glasgow and the surrounding area.”
