UK Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants, Graham + Sibbald, have announced the promotion of Ross Wilson to Partner within their Commercial Agency department.
Based in Edinburgh, Ross boasts a wealth of experience within the Scottish commercial property market, particularly within the Capital City of Edinburgh and the surrounding regions. In 2022 Ross was pivotal in the firms expansion into Dunfermline where Graham + Sibbald re-opened an office.
Working across all the key sectors transacting, offices, retail, industrial and development land, the Graham + Sibbald Agency department cover all aspects of the acquisition and disposal (sale and letting) of commercial property and land on behalf of a diverse client base.

With the latest Business Rates Revaluation underway, Assessors will have now released their final valuations as of 1st April 2023 with any proposals to appeal required to be submitted by 31st July 2023. Each non domestic property will be impacted differently and with draft values already in circulation after being issued back in November 2022, there are likely to be some surprise changes to currently available rates relief opportunities.
