Established property firm Graham + Sibbald are delighted to have concluded the sale of Claymore Hotel, 162 Atholl Road, Pitlochry, PH16 5AR.
Pitlochry is a picturesque town of approximately 2,750 inhabitants and is located within the council area of Perth and Kinross, on the banks of the River Tummel. Pitlochry is a very popular tourist destination, receiving a great influx of visitors during the summer months.
The subject property comprises a very well respected 4-star guest house, which is situated a short distance to the west of Pitlochry town centre on the north side of Atholl Road – the main route through the town. A prospective purchaser would be buying a growing lifestyle business with all letting bedrooms presented to a high standard, having undergone recent refurbishment. Business is mainly from repeat visitors, although there are a good level of walk-ins due to the popularity of Pitlochry.
