UK Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants Graham + Sibbald have welcomed a new Director to their growing Commercial Valuation team in London.
Philip Costa BSc (Hons) MRICS ACIArb, who specialises in all aspects of commercial property from valuations to lease advisory and Expert Witness property valuations (both commercial and residential), is also appointed by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) to act as an arbitrator and independent expert in relation to rent review and lease renewal disputes.
Having studied at the University of Westminster, Philip obtained a BSc (Hons) in Urban Estate Management after which time his professional career started at Bowyer Bryce Chartered Surveyors. Most recently, Philip was a Director at Strettons where he spent over 18 years providing a dedicated service for his client base within Greater London.
Working across a range of market sectors, including the industrial, office and retail markets, Graham + Sibbald boast an established presence in a number of specialist areas including Hotel and Leisure, Medical and Religious Buildings; Petroleum and Roadside, Healthcare, Social Housing and more.
Now, Philip is keen to utilise his skills and specialised knowledge to further develop the Graham + Sibbald brand across London. He commented,

Following their acquisition of Keningtons Chartered Surveyors in June of this year, Graham + Sibbald added London and Swindon to their office network. With the businesses having opened its first English office in Manchester in 2019, they have pursued a rapid expansion plan in the three years since.
Philip continued, “The combination of Graham + Sibbald incorporating Keningtons makes for a greatly respected and well-rounded service offering which is ever growing and developing. It’s exciting to be a part of the Graham + Sibbald journey and having the opportunity to bring my ideas to the table and help take the business even further.”

Graham + Sibbald now has around 250 employees and 23 Partners working across its 21 UK offices in Scotland and England, where they are continuing to expand their offering of services and locations.
