Chartered Surveyors Open New Bristol Office

UK Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants Graham + Sibbald have announced the opening of their fifth English office. The company, which has been going from strength to strength, is on an upward growth trajectory with client demand at an all-time high.

Heading up their new Bristol office, Graham + Sibbald have welcomed John Gardner as a Director, specialising in the provision of Building Surveying services from dilapidations, contract administration, schedule of condition surveys and technical due diligence to name but a few.

The wider Graham + Sibbald Technical Services offering includes Architectural, Project Management, Quantity Surveying with additional input from specialist services such as Planning and Carbon + Sustainability. With the new Bristol office base, the teams will be able to provide a full range of services to clients in a time efficient and cost effective manner on a variety of projects.

Having studied at the University West of England, John Gardner obtained a BSc (Hons) in Construction and Property Management, going on to complete post graduate degree in Building Surveying. John also boasts experience in engineering having spent some time working in the motor industry before shifting his career pathway towards property.

John’s professional career started with CS2 Limited, Chartered Surveyors, where he spent nearly a decade and oversaw the running of their Bristol office. Now, John is keen to utilise his skills and specialised knowledge to develop the Graham + Sibbald brand across Bristol and the South West of England. He commented,

It was time for me to take on a new challenge and the opportunity with G+S was one that I simply could not pass up. Following their acquisition of Keningtons Chartered Surveyors in June of this year, Graham + Sibbald added London and Swindon to their office network. With the businesses having opened its first English office in Manchester in 2019, they have pursued a rapid expansion plan in the three years since.

The new Bristol office will be located at 2440 The Quadrant, Aztec West, Bristol, BS32 4AQ.
