Graham + Sibbald’s dedicated Asset Services team provide a friendly service and local expertise. Their wide geographical reach across the UK allows them to respond quickly to client needs and requests and gives them national coverage.
The team, who have grown significantly since 2020 even throughout the pandemic, are committed to providing a high-quality and reliable service and have promoted Scott Morrison to Partner level in line with this commitment.
Scott joins fellow Partner Claire Galbraith and Director of our Accounts Management team, Lynne Barrie-McGettigan who are actively working to promote and enhance the Graham + Sibbald Asset Services offering across the UK.
Most recently, the team have introduced a new Facilities Management service which now operates on a national basis. This encompasses a full range of preventative maintenance and planned refurbishment services. Works are undertaken pro-actively and in good time and are designed to remove or minimise future maintenance costs and to enhance the value of a property asset.
Scott Morrison, commented, “We’ve invested a lot in to our management systems and invoicing structure to allow us to meet the turn-around times our clients expect. Our UK-wide reach means that we’re taking on some really great sites and it’s hugely important to us that we provide the same high-quality service you’d expect from a corporate firm, while building relationships with our clients and tenants on a more personable level.”
Graham + Sibbald manage a variety of commercial properties on behalf of their clients, including individual retail units, shopping centres, business parks, office blocks, industrial estates and petrol stations.
