Changing of the Guard Within Established Building Surveying Team

Graham + Sibbald, UK Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants, have announced a changing of the guard within their Edinburgh based Building Surveying team following the promotion of Jared Neville to Director.

With over 50 professional staff in employment within their Technical Services team comprising Architects, Building Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers across their office network, Graham + Sibbald are continuing to expand their offering of services and locations across Scotland and England.

This new Edinburgh team structure comes in light of the promotion of Jared Neville, who started his career with Graham + Sibbald as a placement student in 2014 while studying at Robert Gordon University. Now boasting over 9 years’ experience, Jared has consistently exceeded expectations and has been a catalyst in the recent success of the team.

Jared takes the reigns over from Paul Docherty who previously split his time between Edinburgh and Glasgow offices to provide a variety of Building Surveying services. Paul is now focussing his time on special projects across the UK on behalf of a range of clients.

This next step in my career is one that I am thrilled to take forward, with sincere thanks to Paul for his guidance and paving the way for me to now follow in his footsteps.”

The Edinburgh Building Surveying team are experienced in all sectors of the Construction and Property industry. From Contract Administration of various refurbishment projects ranging from £50k to in excess of £1m, including specification and design, procurement and project management through to completion. The team are also proficient in the provision and undertaking of Building Surveys, Defect Analysis Inspections and Schedules of Condition as well as preparing and negotiating Schedules of Dilapidations on behalf of both Landlord and Tenant.
