Residential Surveyor

We are seeking to recruit a Qualified Residential Surveyor to join our Edinburgh team.

 

The Role

The role will primarily involve undertaking Home Reports and Mortgage Valuations for a range of local and national clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new ambitious team with the opportunity to make a real impact in the local market.

Role Requirements

Relevant degree and professional membership (MRICS).

Ability to maintain up to date knowledge of the current property market and economy, the Firm’s products, services and processes to deliver excellent client care.

2 years post-qualification experience to satisfy lender requirement

Skills + Experience

Ideal candidates will have experience of working within a Surveying practice and have the proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Knowledge of Edinburgh and the Lothians would be beneficial but is not essential.
