Credit Controller

We are seeking to recruit a Credit Controller to join our Property Management team.

Skills + Experience

Ideal candidates will have at least two years’ experience of working within a credit control function and have the proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Knowledge of the property sector would be beneficial but is not essential.

The Role

The role will primarily involve working to reduce aged debt through pro-active collection techniques. This will include but is not limited to;

  • Holding regular meeting with property managers to review client portfolios
  • Managing queries to resolution through investigation, reconciliation and escalation
  • Creation and content contribution of a variety of reports
  • Efficiently manage payment plans
  • Collection of outstanding charges within internal/external SLA’s
  • Issuing reminder letters
  • Ensure system information is up to date and accurate

Role Requirements

An ability to work under pressure, excellent organisation skills and attention to detail in addition to maintaining up to date knowledge of legal proceedings, the Firm’s property management services and processes in order to deliver excellent client care.
