Welcome to our latest Newsletter! We are delighted to let you know that the Graham + Sibbald Business Rates team have expanded their service offering to now include Financial Management. In addition to appeals, the team will now also undertake audits of annual rates bills in order to identify any potential saving opportunities by way of rates relief for clients.
Additionally, the team have welcomed Marta Calanca who will be a main point of contact for clients and enquiries. Marta previously worked for the charity group Barnardos and has experience of business rates from within her former role. Marta is well placed to assist with any questions in relation to rates relief. She also has experience with completing Returns of Information currently being issued by Assessors across Scotland in preparation for the Revaluation, as from 1 April 2023. Welcome Marta!
Sarah Fitzpatrick and Tim Bunker have extensive experience on all types of commercial property dealing with Assessors and Finance Departments throughout Scotland and the Valuation Office in the north of England.
