Chartered Surveyor and Property Consultants, Graham + Sibbald, have hired Sam Gulliver as a Director to join their English Building Surveying team, leading the service offering across London and the South of England.
Sam is a Chartered Building Surveyor boasting a broad wealth of knowledge experience working in the construction sector. From his previous roles with Jones Hargreaves, Metcalfe Briggs and Paragon Building Consultancy, he has been involved in undertaking technical due diligence, building surveys and pre-acquisition surveys, contract administration, project management, development monitoring, planned preventative maintenance surveys, condition surveys and general building advice.
Sam commented: “I am delighted to have joined the Graham + Sibbald team and to be aiding in the growth and development of their technical services offering across England. Technical services are seeing a significant increase in workload volumes with plenty of upcoming opportunities so it’s definitely an exciting time to be joining.”
Graham + Sibbald has over 230 employees and 23 partners working across its 17 UK offices in Scotland and England.
