Chartered surveyor Graham + Sibbald has hired Chris Guy as a Director to join their Building Surveying team in Manchester.
Chris is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience working in the Commercial Office, Industrial, Residential, Retail, Government and Education sectors. He brings a broad wealth of knowledge and experience from his previous roles with CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield and Mace Cost Consultancy Ltd including; technical due diligence, building surveys and pre-acquisition surveys, contract administration, project management, development monitoring, planned preventative maintenance surveys, condition surveys and general building advice.
Chris commented: “I am looking forward to joining the growing Manchester team and working together to offer an even broader range of advice and services to our clients.”
