Graham + Sibbald are delighted to announce our three newly qualified Chartered Residential Surveyors; Michael Robertson, Scott Graham and Michael Gill (Edinburgh), who all successfully passed their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) in October 2018.

This represents a continued one hundred percent success rate for Graham + Sibbald, following on from our four staff members that qualified in June of this year. We pride ourselves on our APC process, with all candidates supported and mentored by key staff members who have received training through the RICS to become qualified APC Assessors.

I’ve spent time within different departments which has allowed me to better understand the Firm as a whole, and enables me to apply my studies and knowledge towards problem solving in my day-to-day work. I am delighted to have passed my APC and look forward to this next step in my career.”

He enjoys the diversity of his daily workload and ensures all reports are carried out to the highest standard.

Scott said: “The support within the Firm has been fantastic throughout my entire APC process, and I’m thrilled to have passed! It’s a stressful journey but nothing beats that feeling of seeing your name on the RICS website, knowing all your hard work has paid off. I look forward to progressing my career within Graham + Sibbald and I’m excited to be working within such a busy and diverse office in Edinburgh.”

Michael Gill had a wealth of experience in the property sector before joining Graham + Sibbald in February 2016.
