Theo joined Graham + Sibbald in 2020 as a Graduate Surveyor boasting 12 years’ experience in residential letting and property management throughout the central belt of Scotland. His passion for property and experience in customer facing roles across both the private and public sectors ensures that he delivers the highest levels of service to his clients.

In his daily workload, Theo assists on a number of Surveys for the purpose of home reports, mortgage valuations, EPC’s and more. These reports are carried out for all major lenders across Scotland as well as many local solicitors, estate agents and private clients.

Theo said, “Passing my APC has been a goal of mine since I started at Graham + Sibbald and I’m so pleased to now say that I am a Chartered Residential Surveyor. The APC process is a stressful one and I feel very lucky and grateful to have had the full support of my colleagues across Graham + Sibbald to prepare and encourage me throughout. I’m looking forward to this next chapter in my career as I continue to learn and adapt to my new responsibilities.”

Graham + Sibbald aim to train and develop all of our staff members to allow them to be qualified to the highest level possible, and so our APC candidates are supported and mentored by key qualified staff members.

Dominic McCormick, Residential Partner at Graham + Sibbald, commented: “Graham + Sibbald have always been committed to providing training and career development opportunities for all staff members and take great pride in our APC candidates. We are delighted that Theo has gained Chartered status and look forward to seeing him take this next step in his career with Graham + Sibbald within the West of Scotland residential team.”
