APC Candidate Success

Graham + Sibbald are delighted to announce the success of Ceile Boyle (Perth + Kirkcaldy) who has passed her Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and is now a Chartered Residential Surveyor.

Ceile began working at Graham + Sibbald in August 2021 having graduated from Heriot Watt University with a Masters in Real Estate Investment and Finance. Ceile is based out of our Perth office but regularly helps Associate, Alan Campbell across Fife.

In her daily workload, Ceile enjoys the fast pace within the Residential team and developing her skillset even further within the business. She assists on a number of surveys for the purpose of home reports, mortgage valuations, EPC’s and more. These reports are carried out for all major lenders across Scotland as well as many local solicitors, estate agents and private clients.

Ceile commented: “I am thrilled to have passed my APC and become a Chartered Residential Surveyor. I am thankful for the level of training and support I was given throughout the process, allowing me to further my knowledge and develop my skillset. I am excited to be able to assist the Perth office and help with the expansion of our residential services across Fife.”

Graham + Sibbald aim to train and develop all of our staff members to allow them to be qualified to the highest level possible, and so our APC candidates are supported and mentored by key qualified staff members.

Greg Davidson, Residential Partner, commented: “Graham + Sibbald have always been committed to fully supporting our Graduate Surveyors through the APC Pathway with dedicated Assessors across our office network. I am delighted for Ceile, given all her hard work to get to this point and it is great to have another Chartered Surveyor to be able to assist within the Perth office.”

Alan Campbell, Residential Associate, added: “Ceile has proven herself to be a hard worker and the hard work has paid off! Although Ceile is based within the Perth office it is great to have her support in our expansion across Fife.”
