APC Candidate Pass

Graham + Sibbald are delighted to announce our newly qualified Chartered Surveyor, Emma Gilbert (Aberdeen) who successfully passed her Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) in December 2020.

This represents a continued 100% success rate for Graham + Sibbald, of which we pride ourselves in achieving annually. Our aim is to have all staff qualified to the highest level possible, and so, our APC candidates are supported and mentored by key staff members who have received training through the RICS to become qualified APC Assessors.

Emma is a Graduate Surveyor, who has recently enrolled for the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), to achieve Chartered status through the RICS. She studied MA (Hons) Property and Masters in Finance and Investment Management (MSc Econ) both at the University of Aberdeen and started working for Graham + Sibbald in May 2018. Emma is primarily involved in the letting, sales and acquisitions of Commercial property, providing advice to a wide range of clients. Prior to joining, she worked in Project Management for a construction company and was actively involved within the Residential development market gaining valuable experience from different spheres of the property market.

Emma commented: “I’m delighted to have passed my APC and now be a fully Qualified Surveyor. It’s been a lot of hard work but the level of support and encouragement I received from my colleagues throughout the entire process was second to none. I’m excited to see what my future holds within Graham + Sibbald going forward, alongside my colleagues.”

The firm have celebrated the APC success of Joe Helps (Edinburgh), Matthew McLeod (Aberdeen/Dundee) and Marco Stifanelli (Glasgow) this year.
