APC Candidate Pass

Graham + Sibbald are delighted to announce our newly qualified Chartered Surveyor, Marco Stifanelli (Glasgow) who successfully passed his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) in November 2020.

This represents a continued 100% success rate for Graham + Sibbald, of which we pride ourselves in achieving annually. Our aim is to have all staff qualified to the highest level possible, and so, our APC candidates are supported and mentored by key staff members who have received training through the RICS to become qualified APC Assessors.

Marco is a Surveyor within Graham + Sibbald’s Glasgow office and and has been working in Property Management for 4 years. Marco graduated with a management degree from Glasgow Caledonian University and a masters in Real Estate Management and Investments from Edinburgh Napier University. Marco is responsible for a number of assets throughout Scotland, with some of his responsibilities including landlord and tenant liaison, pro-active management of property services, reactive management of property defects, administering service charge budgets, health and safety compliance, and property site inspections. Marco is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to clients and tenants alike.

Marco commented: “I’m really happy to have passed my APC and now be a fully Qualified Surveyor. The level of training and support I was given throughout the entire process was instrumental in allowing me to further my knowledge and develop my skillset. I’m excited to see what my future holds within Graham + Sibbald going forward, alongside my colleagues.”

The firm recently celebrated the APC success of Joe Helps (Edinburgh) and Matthew McLeod (Aberdeen/Dundee) in the first half of 2020.

Les McAndrew, Graham + Sibbald Senior Partner, commented: “The Firm are committed to providing training and offering career development for all staff members.
