The recent promotion of Mark Gillies to Director in addition to Sara Mathieson and Bilal Ashraf being promoted to Associate level, demonstrates the strong and exciting position our teams are in despite the challenges brought over the last 12 months.

In Glasgow, Mark Gillies has a vast range of experience having worked in our Edinburgh, Aberdeen and now Glasgow office. His unique knowledge of Scotland’s three biggest markets and breadth of clients accumulated over the past decade with G+S has been enhanced in Glasgow where he heads the Corporate and Private Client Agency team. Mark oversees all areas of agency, with Industrial, Office, Development and Investment being sectors in which he operates.

Sara Mathieson, has experience across multiple Scottish Commercial markets, having previously worked for Jones Lang LaSalle in Edinburgh and FG Burnett in Aberdeen for over 7 years. Sara specialises in agency and commercial valuation and provides advice to a range of clients from commercial lettings, sales and acquisitions and rent reviews, representing both landlords and tenants.

Bilal Ashraf has recently relocated from the Edinburgh office to Manchester where the firm are now offering Commercial Valuation and Agency services South of the border. As an RICS Registered Valuer, he undertakes a wide range of work, focusing mainly on agency, valuation and advisory.
