UK Chartered Surveyors and Property Consultants, Graham + Sibbald, have announced the strategic promotion of Derek Richardson to Partner level within their Commercial Valuation department.
Derek has extensive knowledge and experience within the Aberdeen and North East commercial property markets while also an integral member of the firms Commercial Valuation Committee working to develop and enhance Graham + Sibbald’s presence across the UK with a London focus.
Following their acquisition of Keningtons Chartered Surveyors in 2022, Graham + Sibbald added London and Swindon to their office network and are continuing to expand their offering of services and locations, while welcoming new Valuers to the business to sustain the current levels of growth.
