Graham + Sibbald are delighted to announce the success of Findlay Stiven (Edinburgh) who has passed his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and is now a Chartered Surveyor working within our Commercial Valuations department.
Findlay joined Graham + Sibbald as a Graduate Surveyor in September 2023. He graduated from Edinburgh Napier University in 2021 having completed an MSc in Real Estate Management and Investment. Findlay predominantly works within the Commercial Valuation department in Edinburgh and also assists our Business Rates team.
Findlay commented: “I feel very fortunate to have had outstanding support from G+S since I joined in September 2023. The guidance and support I have received, alongside the time spent in mock interviews with my colleagues in the short time that I have been at G+S was invaluable. I really don’t feel like I could’ve been in a better position to pass my APC anywhere else.”
Donald Cameron, Commercial Valuation Partner, commented : “We are thrilled to see Findlay pass his APC. He has only been at Graham + Sibbald for a short period of time but he has shown hard work and dedication to passing his APC. It is great to have Findlay on board as part of the team and he is going to be a great asset to the Commercial Valuation department in the future.”
