We were appointed by Hillstone Developments to sell a former print works on Causewayside, Edinburgh. The client in this instance had funding to complete the development themselves, therefore our role was to find a buyer to purchase the completed product on a turnkey basis.
The team delivered a successful outcome by agreeing a deal with UK based Student Castle (www.studentcastle.co.uk). The forward commitment to purchase de-risked our clients’ position.
The development provided 146 private studios, in a prime student location close to Edinburgh University.
