Property Inspection
Our RICS registered Surveyors will undertake a thorough property inspection of the property in question. This will highlight any significant defects, problems or necessary repairs.
RICS Homebuyer Survey Report
Following on from the inspection, we will produce a detailed survey report and valuation. The report will provide a detailed picture of the property’s condition and highlight any significant or urgent issues that will impact on the property’s value. The valuation will state the property’s market value and also give a figure for insurance re-instatement purposes.
