Building Survey of Mixed-Use Site

As part of an investment deal Graham + Sibbald (G+S) were instructed to carry out a Pre-acquisition Building Survey and report of a mixed-use site comprising retail, office, gym and private residential accommodation in  Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire. The site was developed between 1960-1980 with subsequent adaptions over recent years.
