Sam is a Chartered Building Surveyor boasting a broad wealth of knowledge experience working in the construction sector. From his previous roles with Jones Hargreaves, Metcalfe Briggs and Paragon Building Consultancy, he has been involved in undertaking technical due diligence, building surveys and pre-acquisition surveys, contract administration, project management, development monitoring, planned preventative maintenance surveys, condition surveys and general building advice. He joined Graham + Sibbald in late 2021 and leads the firms Building Surveying service offering across London and the South of England.
