Administrator

We are seeking to recruit a Administrator to join our Inverness office.

 

Skills + Experience

Ideal candidates will have a full understanding of Microsoft Suite and the proven ability to work individually as well as part of a team. They will have the ability to prioritise, coordinate and delegate tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy and attention to detail at all times.

The Role

The role will primarily involve typing reports, raising fees, inputting instruction data on to our internal system, coordinating surveys and staff member diaries, arranging and setting up meetings, answering incoming telephone calls, emailing clients and customers and ensuring an overall smooth running on the office.

Role Requirements

A keen interest and former experience of working within a property surveying or estate agency office is desirable for this role.

Ability to work under pressure and use initiative to think through problems and find solutions. Excellent communication skills, ability to learn quickly and understanding the importance of meeting deadlines are required in order to deliver excellent client care.
