Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), have an interest in the sale process of licensed and leisure property in Scotland, with a persuasive nature and strong numeracy skills. The proven ability to work as part of a team, be self-motivating and determined will be beneficial to succeeding within this role.
The role will be primarily based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow, though there may be a requirement to travel for property inspections.
Working within our established Hotel + Leisure team, the role will involve supporting Surveyors with report writing, creating sale particulars, dealing with enquiries, initial negotiations and more.
Relevant NVQ (OCR in Sales) would be beneficial but is not necessary.
Ability to learn quickly, retain information, work under pressure and understand the importance of meeting deadlines is required in order to deliver excellent client care.
