Ayrshire – Kilmarnock/Ayr
We are seeking to recruit a qualified residential surveyor to join our Ayrshire team. We may also consider residential surveyors who are currently going through the APC programme.
The Role
The role will involve undertaking a range of surveys primarily including Home Reports and Mortgage Valuations for a wide range of clients, whilst supporting the expansion of our Ayrshire offices by ways of new business relationships.

Role Requirements
Relevant degree and professional membership (MRICS).
Ability to maintain up to date knowledge of the current property market and economy, the Firm’s products, services and processes to deliver excellent client care.
2 years post-qualification experience to satisfy lender requirement would be beneficial but not essential.
Skills + Experience
Ideal candidates will have experience of working within a Surveying practice and have the proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of Ayrshire would be beneficial but not essential and training/support will be provided
