Our Dunfermline office is seeking to recruit a Qualified Surveyor to join their team.
The Role
To undertake a full range of services to an extensive and varied client base. Provide a Complete Property Service to our clients, delivering on both quality, turnaround & cost effectiveness. Adapt and customise scope and range of service to meet clients’ individual needs. Apply expert knowledge and awareness and work closely with other professionals. Ensure services provided are managed effectively in line with defined clients SLA’s and reporting requirements, and that all processes are followed in accordance with G+S policy guidelines.
You will also be required to prepare and submit reports/applications and supporting documents, provide advice to clients and negotiate confidently and develop and establish new business opportunities for the firm.
Role Requirements
Relevant MRICS qualification and professional membership.
Ability to maintain up to date knowledge of the current property market and economy, the Firm’s products, services and processes to deliver excellent client care.
Skills + Experience
Ideal candidates will have experience working within a Surveying practice, and have the proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of Dunfermline and the surrounding area would be beneficial but is not essential.
