We are seeking to recruit two Graduates to join our growing Building Surveying Team in South West England.
Skills + Experience
Ideal candidates will have experience of working within a Surveying practice and have the proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Knowledge of the South West of England would be beneficial but is not essential.
The Role
The role will primarily involve undertaking a variety of property inspections and surveys for a varied range of Technical Services clients from Bristol and Swindon to the South West into Cornwall and Devon. This is a great opportunity to work on a number of exciting projects.

Role Requirements
Relevant BSc in Building Surveying/ Built Environment/ Construction is required. Ideally the candidates will be close to sitting their APC or have at least enrolled in the process. Experience of undertaking property inspections, surveys, EPC, dilapidations, project management and contract administration is sought-after but not essential.
Ability to maintain up to date knowledge of the current property market and economy, the Firm’s products, services and processes to deliver excellent client care.
