We are seeking to recruit a Graduate to join our Lease Consultancy team.
Skills + Experience
Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate desire to want to work within the property sector and have the proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team. An understanding of the importance of meeting deadlines, building strong relationships and providing a high quality service is highly sought after.
The role will primarily involve undertaking a variety of property inspections for a range of national and local clients from large corporate organisations to individual property owners.
Additionally, the successful candidate will require to maintain internal records, liaise effectively with clients/customers to ensure transaction progress satisfactorily, assist in the preparation of reports/applications and supporting documents, provision of advice, undertake research and data interpretation and more.

Relevant RICS accredited degree or studying towards same is required.
Ability to maintain up to date knowledge of the current property market and economy, the Firm’s products, services and processes to deliver excellent client care.
