Drysdale Holdings Ltd are delighted to be bringing proposals for a new commercial development at Broxden Roundabout, Perth to public consultation. The site subject to this consultation is shown bound in red on the plan below.

We want to ensure that you are informed of the proposals and welcome views and comments as the proposal continues to develop. This consultation precedes the preparation and submission of an application for Planning Permission for the proposal, and we want to make sure your views are heard and comments taken into considerations as the scheme evolves.
The proposal is for a commercial development comprising 3 restaurant/coffee shop units (Class 3) with drive-thru facilities, employment units (Class 5/6), Electric Vehicle (EV) charging hub, site access, landscaping, and associated works at land 90m south of 5 Broxden Avenue (e2), and north of the M90, Perth.

In accordance with the latest Regulations published by the Scottish Government, this website is presented for information purposes. An in-person public event where members of the project team will be present for you to drop in and ask us questions and obtain more information about the proposal. This follows on from the first event held on the 27th October 2022.

Please note that comments made at the events or via feedback forms submitted directly to the applicant and their agent are not representations to the Council. Once a planning application has been submitted there will be an opportunity to make representations on the application to the Council.
