The Hotel + Leisure division of UK Property Firm Graham + Sibbald are delighted to announce the Birnam Hotel & Inn, Perth Road, Dunkeld, PH8 0BQ has been SOLD in an off-market private deal in negotiation with Graeme Smith, Smith & Clough Business Associates, who introduced the buyer.
The Birnam Hotel & Inn has a prominent location in the centre of the village of Birnam in the beautiful rural Perthshire countryside. Its location, just off the main A9 Perth-Inverness road ensures excellent accessibility. The hotel itself is an imposing property Baronial style situated opposite the well-known “Beatrix Potter Garden” and the hotel offers 27-bedrooms of varying size. The hotel accommodation is arranged over 3 floors, plus attic, and has a range of dining and lounge areas such as restaurant, bar, function rooms and magnificent Banqueting Hall. Plus the adjacent Birnam Inn provides an additional and separate F&B facility.
