Kevin is a RICS Registered Valuer and has over 12 years’ experience providing specialist valuation and lending advice to all major banks, lending institutions and private clients across the sector.

Kevin undertakes Valuation, Rent Review and other professional instructions on a number of different hospitality asset types primarily located across Scotland and the North of England. Kevin is part of the Graham + Sibbald UK-wide Hotel + Leisure team.
